No. You should not eat slime even if it looks and smells like food. 

Slime is for playing purposes only. Never consume slime and any other items included together such as glitters, charms, add-ins, etc.

Slime is good for children age 3 and up. Adults supervision is needed if the children be below the age of 7.

You can pinch it, pull it, squeeze it, twist it, making bubbles or even pull and flip it like a roti canai!

Basically there’s no specific way of how you should play slime. You can be as creative as you can!

It can last for fewr months or even a year! It all depends on how well you take care of your slime. Please read the slime care sheet attached in the package. 

Yes, it is safe to play but don’t eat the slime. Slime is a sensory toy used to release stress, not food.

However, we do not recommend for individuals with eczema or sensitive skin to play as they might have allergic reaction towards the slime. 

Yes they will. But our slime is homemade and it can be easily wash off. Soak your shirt in hot/warm water for about 15 mins and rub off.

We ship to whole Malaysia and Singapore

West Malaysia – est 3 to 5 working days to be delivered

East Malaysia – est 7-14 working days to be delivered

Singapore – est 10-14 working days to be delivered

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email you have provided once your order has shipped.

Note: The email might goes to your spam mail, kindly check your spam mail for the tracking number.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the courier may have placed it in a safer place. Please check your mailbox, guard house, family members and neighbors. 

If you still can’t find it, please contact the courier company ASAP. ER Slime does not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”.

Please email us at support@erslime.com with a full picture of the damaged item and package and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days. 

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately and submit sufficient information within two days after your package is marked as ‘delivered’. The time frame is made to ensure the solid proof is shown.

We will give you a refund on the missing item. No repost on the missing item is available.

Slime care

Slime activator is a liquid solution used to fix the slime if when the slime turns sticky/watery/too runny.

Every order will be provided a  bag of borax powder/activator in liquid form to fix sticky slime. Read the instruction on the package and make sure you add a few drops of activator at a time while you fixing the sticky slime.

It is normal that slime turns sticky during the delivery. Adding in activator will fix the problem. 

Add a few drops of activator into the slime and knead well. Repeat the step until you reach your desire consistency. Adding too much of activator will make your slime turns hard. Make sure you knead well before adding more activator.

Read the instruction on the activator bottle/powder package. In some cases, you may find a QR code on it. Scan and see tutorial.

You can leave your slime in a warmer place for a few days for it to “melt down” itself or add in some slime softener to soften it instantly. Make sure you only add a small pinch into the slime each time and knead well.

It is because the water content in your slime evaporated from your previous play. You need to add some clean water (NOT ACTIVATOR) and knead in to keep it’s moisture.

Add in a little bit at a time.

Play with clean hands and on clean surface. Avoid sticking dusts and any other substances.

Play on a smooth surface, avoid fabric.

Keep it in the original container and put in the fridge to prevent from melting.

Return and Exchange

All sales are final. No return or exchange is allowed due to hygiene and health problem as slime is being used as a sensory toy for playing purposes.

We do not support any return/exchange of slime after it had been shipped even if it is unopened.
